Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and in connection with the processing of your personal data in the process of responding to your message, we advise you that:

2. We process your personal data provided in the contact form based on your consent: your first name, last name, telephone number and email address.

3. . Your personal data are processed to:

a) provide an answer to your queries and to carry out the activities resulting from your query, including marketing and negotiation, the conclusion and performance of a contract, b) defend against claims and enforcement of claims – to the extent in which these data are necessary to prove the existence or non-existence of the claim.

4. . Providing your personal information for processing by Drukarnia Prasowa S.A. in Łódź is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form.

5. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Just send us a message to this effect to the address specified in section 1. The withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data before consent withdrawal.

6. Your personal data may only be transferred to bodies authorised to receive them under applicable law.

7. Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of your consent until you withdraw your consent. Even if you withdraw your consent, the personal data shall be stored by Drukarnia Prasowa S.A. for a period of time necessary to perform the contract and until the end of the limitation period for claims.

8. . In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to: - object to the use of your personal data, and the right to request the erasure of all or some of your personal data, if:
a) you have withdrawn consent to the processing of your personal data and the data were processed on the basis of your consent,
b) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected,
c) you have objected to the use of your personal data,
d) dyour personal data are unlawfully processed (despite your request to erase these data, in connection with your objection or withdrawal of consent, Drukarnia Prasowa S.A. may keep the personal data necessary for the purposes of defending against potential claims or asserting claims), - demand a restriction of processing of your personal data when they cease to be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or used or when the processing of personal data is unlawful, - gain access to your personal data and information on the purposes of processing, the categories of the processed personal data, the data recipients, the planned period of storage of personal data or the criteria of determining that period, - obtain a copy of your personal data, a rectification or completion of the personal data provided by you (if they are incomplete), - transfer your data on another controller of your choice.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your personal data by Drukarnia Prasowa S.A. with a supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
